- Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jul 2025 until Fri 29 Aug 2025, Wed - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Tue.
- Treatments can be taken 10:15am - 6:15pm.
- Spa facilities are open 11am - 9pm.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
- Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who have had recent surgery in the past 6 months.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment inc consultation.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic and great for relaxation

I really liked the variety available at the Refresh Spa. It was great to have two saunas and the caldarium. It would have been good to have been given a little teach in about the jacuzzi buttons and its operation. Another guest had to explain it to me. It would also have been good to explain where the showers were in the spa area as they are hidden away and very dark. I absolutely loved my facial with Rashin. It was incredibly relaxing and much more than I expected.

It was a truly relaxing experience. The fact that the atmosphere was ambient (the low lighting helped) - I felt I could unwind and zone out.
The facial massage was lovely too.
The spa was spotless.
