Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 13 Aug until Fri 30 Oct 2026, Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun, 28 Sep & 12-16 Oct 2026.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 23 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.
• Sloans mac & cheese with choice of 2 toppings and fries; menu subject to change. 
• Includes a half pint of Pepsi, Pepsi Max or draft lemonade, orange, apple or cranberry each.
• Tables are required back after 1 hour 30 mins during busy periods.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted in the bistro area when accompanied by adults until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
