Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Apr until Sun 12 Jul 2026, Mon - Fri 6am - 10pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 26 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only; phone bookings will not be accepted. A valid voucher code and contact number must be provided to confirm booking. Please check availability online here before emailing. 
• A waiver must be completed before attending your booking; please read here.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Duration approx. 40mins OR 80mins.
• Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with Soul Suites.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
