• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Oct 2025, Tue & Fri - Sat 9.30am - 6pm, Wed - Thu 9.30am - 8pm; subject to availability. Please note Saturdays have limited availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of one voucher/treatment per person, an additional two vouchers per person can be purchased as gifts.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability
• Treatment is suitable after your first trimester of pregnancy and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins.
• 30 & 45 minute treatments take place in the facial bar which is not a private space.
• 60 minute treatment takes place in a private treatment room. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
