- Course schedule:
- Week 1 - learn to prep your clay and get to grips on the wheel
- Week 2 - begin to hone in your new skills, focusing on forming cylinders
- Week 3 - trimming and handle making
- Week 4 - bowl throwing and new shapes
- Week 5 - glazing

- Voucher is valid from Tue 9 Jun until Sat 28 Nov 2026, Tue - Sat, specific sessions only; subject to availability.
- Sessions available Tue 12.30pm, 2pm or 4pm; Wed 2.30pm, 4pm or 5.30pm; Thu 4.30pm or 6pm; Fri 5.30pm. Sat 11am, 12.30pm or 6pm. Booking outside of these sessions without discussion may risk forfeiting your voucher.
- Excludes Sun - Mon.
- Please note Saturday spaces are booked quickly and cannot be guaranteed when purchasing the voucher.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings. When booking please ensure to book the correct session type - "Pottery Wheel Taster".
- Max of 2 vouchers per session. Max of 4 people per group.
- Duration: approx. 1hr.
- Food and drink permitted; plates and cups not provided.
- Items ready for collection 2-3 weeks after class. Completed items will be held for 2 weeks after collection call and further 2 weeks after reminder call. Painting sessions to paint your creation can be booked and paid directly.
- 5 week course
- Voucher is valid from Sun 28 Jun until Sun 20 Dec 2026, Sundays only at 10.30am. Course blocks start on 28 Jun, 16 Aug, 4 Oct & 22 Nov; subject to availability.
- Excludes Mon - Sat.
- Please note availability is extremely limited; book well in advance to secure your preferred dates.
- Email bookings. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Sep 2026 (we don't want you to miss out).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Duration approx. 1hr 30mins per class.
- Max of 4 people per course.
- Items ready for collection 4-6 weeks after course end date. Completed items will be held for 2 weeks after collection call and further 2 weeks after reminder call.

- Suitable for all ages.
- Pottery can be messy; please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

Bought for group to celebrate birthdays - our teacher was brilliant, very clear and informative and then very helpful when we actually got down to spinning. Everyone managed to throw something that actually looked like a pot lol. I had tried a class before elsewhere andd this was much better. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something different to do.
