- Carpacho de calabacín - carpaccio of thinly sliced courgette, topped with homemade queso fresco, sweet red drop peppers, pickled red onion, black olives and pine nuts
- Morcilla de burgos - pan fried black pudding on a bed of caramelised red onion, topped with a fried quail's egg

This was our 3rd visit to Tapa and it won't be our last! The food was it's usual high standard and staff were very helpful in explaining dishes we were unfamiliar with.

Service was great food was excellent an all round fabulous experience. The guitarist deserves a mention he added to the atmosphere.
