Really lovely stay

The hotel was lovely, from check in to check out. Clean, comfortable, quiet. I needed to change from a standard double to twin (my own fault when booking) and the staff could not have been more helpful and managed to accommodate my request. The room was amazing, large beds, massive bathroom.
The bar area was great as we're the bar staff.
Breakfast was ok... noisy and load music, so a plus point, it will wake you up! Watch out for the salt pot, the bottom was loose and salt everywhere on my plate... so the bad news about self serve, it to start again to make your own. Minor issues on what was a fantastic hotel in the centre of Glasgow. I would book again -

Staff were friendly. Room was small but very clean and modern. Appreciated the bottle of drinking water in room. Duvet and pillows were high quality. The wardrobe where the safe and tea making facilities were was pitch dark. No light to see what you were doing. The breakfast room was rather tight with very close together tables however food was good and hot. The general toilets downstairs were unisex. The were very contemporary however shared toilets are not a good idea in my opinion. I nearly sat on a toilet seat than was covered in urine! Possibly used by a male prior to me who had not lifted the toilet seat! Urinals were invented for a specific reason and they had two separate sides of unisex toilets. One side could easily have been designed for males. Overall it was a nice hotel, small for Glasgow though but would go back.
