• Voucher is valid from Mon 31 Aug until Fri 30 Oct 2026, Mon - Fri 2pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun & bank holidays. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Takeaway: please note no drinks included. 
• Sit-in: served with tea or coffee. 
• Table required back after 1.5hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required for afternoon tea or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
