The staff were all very lovely. Friendly welcome, everyone behaved very professionally, attentive, without being in your face, knew their stuff!
The food was excellent, both the dinner we had, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had! Fresh, tasty, and appetising to look at!
We brought our dog, and although we always take our own dog bowls, towels and covers, the room was supplied with a dog bed, towel, bowl, and dog treats!
Our only, not a complaint, " niggle" , was the room was very compact, no room to put our bags, so one was on the floor, and other on the desk which held the kettle etc. Ghat wax a bit awkward too, the only plug we saw for the kettle was by the bedside cabinet, so had to plug in there and place the kettle on the Shelf below the bedside lamp. Otherwise all good! -
