My wife and I stayed here to watch Moulin Rouge at the Playhouse. We had a couple of French martinis before we left and the room was amazing. All the staff were superb and the poor receptionist when we were leaving had to deal with a woman who thought a 10% service charge was excessive. Clearly, she’d never worked in the hospitality industry And the receptionist was super pleasant so all credit.
Great service, great facilities in the room which even had a GHD hairdryer and straightening tongs, impressive. We had a lovely stay and the next time we need to be in Edinburgh this will be our first port of call. Thanks again, Alan and Lorraine. -
