• Voucher is valid from Wed 12 Aug until Wed 23 Dec 2026, 10am - 6pm; Mon-Thu or Fri-Sun options available at check-out; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 min. Please note: this is a self-guided treatment and is not therapist-led.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 4 hours leisure access.
• Includes a light lunch; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options available; please discuss direct.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
