• Duration approx. 20mins. 15min train ride and 5min Santa and Elf interaction. Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot. Late arrivals will not be permitted / may not be able to move to another time slot. Running times may change.
• Please note that this is not a one-on-one experience with Santa.
• Meeting Point: Gilmour Street adjacent to the taxi rank.
• Individual tickets are valid for all ages.
• Family tickets are valid for 2 adult and 2 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids.
• Children are classed as age 10 or under. Under 1s are free of charge however prams and buggies are not permitted on the train.
• The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Line-up is subject to change.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
