• Voucher is valid from Sat 17 Jan 2026 until Sat 28 Mar 2026, set dates only; subject to availability. 
• Valid on 17, 31 Jan, 14 Feb, 14 & 28 Mar 2026, 10am - 5pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please start your subject line with 'SPARK'.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for ages 13+. Under 16s require consent from a supervising adult.
• Duration approx. 30mins per person.
• Max of 4 people per session.
• Options 1 & 3: Includes a sterling silver bracelet.
• Option 2 & 4: Includes a gold filled bracelet.
• Chain upgrades and charms are available for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• Your chosen piece of jewellery will permanently stay on your wrist; you can use a pair of sharp scissors to remove it if needed. 
• Customers must inform the venue of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment.
• Not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
