Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 6 Sep 2025 until Sun 31 May 2026, Sat - Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. Last entry is at 3pm.
• Also valid for entry on 27-31 Oct 2025, 16-20 Feb, 3-17 Apr, 4 & 25-29 May 2026.
• Excludes Mon - Fri and 3 Nov 2025 - 13 Feb 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. Bookings can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Children are classed as ages 3-17 years. Under 3s are free but require a free ticket available directly. All children must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
