• Durham: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 3pm & 4:45pm - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 3pm.
• Jesmond. Valid Mon - Fri 12noon - 3pm.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Valid at Durham OR Jesmond venues only. Not valid at any other Rio Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant.
• Includes the full Rio experience with unlimited meat cuts, bottomless salad bar and bottomless fries and hot sides for two; menu subject to change.
• Excludes specials. 
• Gluten / wheat free options are available. Vegetarian options are not available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
