Great location, lovely hotel. Afternoon tea and breakfast were both lovely .

We'll be back. Went for a family girl's get together before Xmas in November. We couldn't get a seat in the bar as it was so busy but the concierge set up a table and chairs for us in the lobby.

Stayed overnight at The Grand central before travelling to London. The staff were lovely, very welcoming.we enjoyed dinner in the Champagne lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable, lovely products. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again soon
