Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days at 1pm & 3.20pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 22 Dec 2025 - 4 Jan, 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult to help hold and guide the alpaca.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 4 people per group. Please note only one person can walk with the alpaca at any one time; you will take turns walking the alpaca and walk behind the group when not with the alpaca.
• Please wear outdoor walking boots or wellies for the trek.
• Bags of feed are available at the reception for a supplementary charge of £2.50; payable directly.
• Meeting point: Action Glen reception.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
