• Voucher is valid from Thu 4 Dec 2025 until Sat 4 Apr 2026, Tue-Wed & Fri-Sun 9:30am - 6pm, Thu 9:30am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Please note Saturday availability is extremely limited.
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60 minutes.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 75 minutes (60 minute massage & 15 minute scalp massage).
• Options 3: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes (60 minute massage & 30 minute reflexology).
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes (60 minute massage & 30 minute skin treatment)
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
