Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Dec until Sat 20 Dec 2025, set dates only; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 2 days in advance of your chosen date (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Christmas party starts at 7pm and ends midnight.
• Stay in a standard double room. Includes breakfast.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Includes a 2 course meal. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Includes a welcome drink and glass of wine with dinner. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Over 18s only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
