- 22 Dec 2025 - 4 Jan & 16 - 18 Feb 2026 bookings: Valid Sat - Thu 10am - 7pm, Fri 11am - 9pm.
- All other bookings: Valid Fri 11am - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 7pm.
- Excludes 25-26 Dec 2025 & 1-2 Jan 2026.
- Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 27 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Please note you must bring your itison voucher on the day of your visit.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Participants need to be 7 or older to participate.
- Includes two (1 hour session) or three (1.5 hour session) activities. Activities must be chosen at time of booking.
- All session durations are inclusive of kitting up time (approx. 10 mins at the start and 5 mins at the end).
- Please arrive around 10 minutes before your start time to check-in; latecomers may not be able to join in.
- Max of 8 people per group.
- Not suitable for during pregnancy, those with a heart complaint, spinal injury, weak spine or any other medical condition which may be exacerbated by the use of these activities.
- Max weight: 120kg (approx. 18.5 stone).
- Light comfortable clothing is recommended and footwear is provided; no skirts permitted.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advance booking required.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
