• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Nov 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Mon, Wed & Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 11am - 1pm, Sun 10am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Weekday evening appointments may be available upon request; discuss directly.
• Excludes Tue, Thu, 15 Dec 2025 - 12 Jan, 16-18 Feb & 3-18 Apr 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note treatment does not replace medical care; always consult your healthcare team before starting.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the studio. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. 
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. 
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 105mins (45 minute yoga session and 60 minute Reiki session).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
