Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings are advised but not essential, particularly for evenings.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes a starter and main each from the main menu; subject to change. Desserts are not included in two courses. 
• A supplementary charge is required per person for braised beef; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted when eating until 10pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
