Despite our check-in process being a little difficult (and having to do it twice due to a miscommunication between Itison and the hotel), we had a brilliant 3 night stay. The hotel was lovely, our room was OK although would benefit from a refresh in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and spa facilities were great. The reception staff were really helpful. Improvements include: all staff to be trained on troubleshooting where third party vouchers are used; bathroom in our room needed a refresh as had peeling paint; advising residents of different breakfast times during the week and at weekends (we nearly missed breakfast on the Monday as we weren't told times were different).
