What a find! This small delightful country hotel sits in its own grounds close to Wade's bridge over the River Tay on the outskirts of Aberfeldy.
We were warmly welcomed and looked after in a friendly and attentive manner throughout.
Our spacious bedroom featured a small lounge in which to relax. Furnishings are in the tradition of a highland lodge, but in contrast our en-suite shower room was of the highest standard.
However it was the food that really impressed and clearly is the main attraction. Carnivores and vegetarians are equally catered for from the appetising menu - the best venison I've ever tasted, whilst a most generous Beetroot & Vegetarian HaggisWellington, hit the spot.
A real "find". We arrived as strangers and left as friends. We will certainly return. -
