Food and service of the highest order.

We know that it has not long opened but the tasting menu was very good. We were the only ones dining at that time but it did not matter, the surroundings were very nice and comfortable. Very well presented food and we picked a bottle of wine which was exceptional. Our waiter was very young and quite new to the job but that didn't matter as he was very polite, helpful and mannerly with a good personality, all qualities which are very important. We would definitely return and would probably stay at the hotel.
