Loved the room with balcony and view. Food was excellent at dinner and a good selection at breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed at paying £20 each for the thermal suite as it did not have plunge pool or hot tub only sauna, steam room and heated beds which were always busy so wouldn’t choose that if I stayed again.
