- Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Sat 31 Oct 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
- Treatments & spa access are available 8am - 8pm. Lunch is served 11.30am - 3.30pm.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
- Over 18s only. No under 18s permitted in spa.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max group size is subject to availability; please discuss directly.
- Please discuss any health concerns or suitability during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission directly with spa. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- 25min options: Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins inc consultation. Choice of custom facial or massage.
- 50min options: Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins inc consultation. Choose a 25min massage & 25min facial OR 50min facial OR 50min massage.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Includes a wellness shot on arrival.
- Includes lunch; choose a main from the spa menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
- Includes 2 hour access to the spa facilities including including hydrotherapy pool, lap pool, sauna, and steam room. Snow and sauna cabin not included.
- 50min treatment: Includes a glass of fizz. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

I had my friend over from Australia and we all loved it . The waters are lovely, the meal beautiful and the masseuse was amazing, mine was Samantha . The overall feel of your spa is pure luxury, from walking through the doors until leaving. We will return. My 3rd 4th visit to date 👏👏👏👏😀

Fantastic service from time of booking up until we left the hotel. All staff were very professional, polite and helpful. It is a brilliant facility and location. The amenities are really good after the refurbishment. Lunch was super as was the service and to top it all off the treatment was perfect too. Would highly recommend this and will definitely be going again!
