• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Mar until Sat 4 Jul 2026; Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 11am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays & 7 - 15 May 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding or for those in remission. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60 minutes (2 x 30 minute treatments).
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes (1 x 60 and 1 x 30 minute treatment).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
