• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul until Tue 30 Sep 2025, Mon - Fri 9:30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. You must create an account and log in before making your booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+. Children are classed as ages 7 - 16. 
• Family lessons valid for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
• Participants must be water confident and able to swim.
• Duration approx. 90 mins (30 mins on land and 60 mins in the Cove).
• Please arrive 1 hour before your session start time to check in, get changed, and attend health and safety briefing.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• A waiver is required at time of booking.
• Please bring a swimming costume and towel. Equipment inc wetsuit, boots, gloves, hood and surfboard is provided.
• Improver lessons require previous surfing experience.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
