- Voucher is valid from Sun 18 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Mon - Wed 8am - 12noon & 5pm - 9pm, Thu 5pm - 9pm, Fri - Sun 8am - 6pm; subject to availability. Options for Oct - Dec OR Jan - Mar bookings available at checkout.
- A supplementary charge of £5pp is required for Sat & Sun bookings; payable direct.
- Excludes 21-23 Nov, 21-31 Dec 2026, 1-3 Jan, 10-15, 22 Mar 2027.
- Oct - Dec: Voucher must be booked at least a day in advance and by Fri 4 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Jan - Mar: Voucher must be booked at least a day in advance and by Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- Limited number of itison bookings per day, independent of online availability.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.

- Please bring your own towels and swimwear. Towels are available for a supplementary charge of £3 per towel; payable direct.
- Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with Soul Suites.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Such a brilliant experience from start to finish. The contrast therapy is amazing — the infrared sauna gets you lovely and warm before taking the plunge, and that cold water definitely wakes you up! 😂🥶
The whole place is beautiful, relaxing and really well thought out. You leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and like you’ve actually done something good for yourself. The staff are lovely too and make you feel completely at ease.
I’ll definitely be back — Thrill of the Chill, no wetsuit required! 🤣🥶🖤
