Lovely Hotel in great location and family friendly

Had a great time here with teenage grandchildren. The room was lovely , we had two double beds large tv, . Good facilities. Swimming pool one for toddlers and another deeper one but these were full to capacity at times so had to queue. I think given the capacity of the hotel they may need another pool .had arcade for kids which was good. Lots of nice walks and not far from Avimore town centre. Easy access to other things to do ie went to Highland wildlife .

Great hotel , had a great stay and was brilliant value for money . Plenty facilities for kids , few things thst the hotel could do to improve . Have the fun play area open later and entertainment on but later . Also food stopped after 8 which was not ideal if you are swimming later etc . Check in was a bit of a farce not enough people on the reception . Lack of communication from staff meant they were unsure if I had paid my balance which left me not able to settle until it was confirmed . This wasn’t a great start . Few things to tighten up on other than these issues great holiday and great hotel to visit . Hopefully be back again .
