1)The bed and bedding quality was excellent!
2)couldn’t get the hot water to work in the kitchen which meant having to boil kettles to do the dishes.
3) soap dispenser needed screwing on to the wall better i. the bathroom as did the pole bracket for the shower hose
These did not in any way spoil our experience but perhaps more vidulance with maintenance required! -

Central location for ferry, bus and train. Parking outside the Ranald Hotel cost £11 per day which we felt was very reasonable as it's on street parking. Pay by phone simplified matters. Reception extremely helpful. Apartment warm and comfortable. Bed extremely comfy. Kitchen had everything you'd need. No hairdryer but it was only a 3 day stay. But something you would need to know in advance. Within walking distance of supermarkets, main shopping area. Hot water EXTREMELY hot if children in apartment be aware. Controlled by immerser switch so only put it on for short periods to give you enough hot water for dishes etc.
