• Oct-Dec: Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Oct until Fri 19 Dec 2025; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Mon 1 Dec 2025.
• Apr-Jun: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2026 until Fri 26 Jun 2026; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Wed 10 Jun 2026.
• Valid Wed & Fri 2pm - 4pm.
• Excludes Sat - Tue & Thu.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 19 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Tour duration approx. 1 hour. Max 18 people per tour.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change; vegetarian options available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten or wheat free options available.
• Please note December bookings will be served a festive afternoon tea.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 6 people per table and 18 people per tour.
• Wheelchair access available; please note there are some areas of the ship which are not accessible due to steep staircases.
• Meeting point: The Tall Ship, located behind The Riverside Museum.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
