• Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Apr until Tue 30 Sep 2025, 7 days 10am–5pm; subject to availability. Options for Apr - Jun and Jul - Sep entry can be viewed at checkout.
• Apr - Jun: Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Jul - Sep: Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online booking required via dedicated booking system. Once booked, vouchers are non refundable. Walk-ins will not be accepted and will be charged at full price; number of itison bookings is restricted daily so please book to guarantee entry.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Please note only 1 itison voucher can be booked at one time.
• Admission is for one day entry to the outdoor adventure park only. Excludes indoor soft play.
• Suitable for all ages; child tickets are valid for children 2+. Under 2's (£4), additional children, adults and concessions can be paid upon entry.
• Children must be supervised at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is 16+.
• More information on attractions available can be found on the website. 
• The park is outdoors and weather appropriate clothing is recommended.
• Some attractions are weather dependent.
• Café available on site. Please note only food purchased in the café can be consumed in the café.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue have restricted the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Please show your booking confirmation from Valley View Adventure Park to gain entry.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
